FastCash4All monthly give-away Official Rules

1. The Sponsor
The Sponsor of this promotion, hereinafter is FastCash4All, parent company, Bellamoon Accessories Inc. of Sacramento, California. FastCash4All monthly give-away is administered and managed solely by The Sponsor.

2. To Enter
There is no purchase, payment or fee, or obligation necessary to enter the give-away. Any eligible person may enter. Entries may be made online on FastCash4All.com web site If you do not have an email address, then it is required that you provide a mailing address instead. All online entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the last day of each month, Pacific Standard Time to be eligible.

FastCash4All monthly give-away selects a winner each month and then restarts the program. FastCash4All monthly give-away entry forms may be extended at the sole discretion of The Sponsor and without notice.

3. Eligibility and FastCash4All Monthly Give-Away Availability
This FastCash4All monthly give-away is open to all legal residents of the United States who reside in the U.S. and who are 18 years or older. Employees of FastCash4All.com and their affiliates and their respective household members and immediate families are not eligible. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility verifying that he/she is an eligible participant. Void where prohibited by law. FastCash4All monthly give-away is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and accept that the decisions of The Sponsor are final. Entry constitutes granting the Sponsors permission to use the winner's name and any statements about FastCash4All monthly give-away for publication purposes without any additional compensation where permitted by law.

4. Drawing
Winners will be chosen in a random drawing by assigning a random number to all entries and by using a random number generator by FastCash4All.com within ten days of the close of each FastCash4All monthly give-away.
Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Only one entry per person will be included in the final drawing. One (1) FastCash4All will be awarded to the first eligible entry drawn.

5. Prizes
A FastCash4All prize will be awarded to one winner and will consist of a $25 gift certificate for merchandise offered as a selection of choice at The Sponsor's website, www.fastcash4all.com. FastCash4All gift certificate are valid through and must be used by as designated by the establishment of selection. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of FastCash4All gift certificates are permitted.

Winner is solely responsible for payment of taxes on the prize and for any other expenses related to the use of the prize. All those entrants entering electronically at FastCash4All.com's website page will receive a free e-book of financial tips as well as our e-news letters with other relevant materials provided at the discretion of The Sponsor.
No other prizes, compensation, or payments will be awarded in conjunction with this FastCash4All monthly give-away. The Sponsor reserves all rights in awarding of the prizes.

6. General Conditions
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of The Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this FastCash4All monthly give-away. This FastCash4All monthly give-away is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal and state taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified via email within three business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this FastCash4All monthly give-away or any prize won.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for (i) printing or typographical errors in any FastCash4All monthly give-away-related material, (ii) stolen, incomplete, lost, network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission; (iii) or any combination thereof. The Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials from this promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding any email entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address).

If, for any reason, FastCash4All monthly give-away cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of The Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Internet portion of this FastCash4All monthly give-away, The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this FastCash4All monthly give-away or any drawing(s) and may conduct a drawing and select a winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this FastCash4All monthly give-away will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Scheduling Changes
The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for any schedule changes in FastCash4All monthly give-away timeline, including without limitation, scheduling conflicts, labor strikes, Acts of God, and other unforeseen events that disrupt FastCash4All monthly give-away schedule.

9. Governing Law/Jurisdiction
All issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or The Sponsor in connection with FastCash4All monthly give-away shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Idaho without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Each person who participates in FastCash4All monthly give-away irrevocably agrees that the state and federal courts located in Sacramento, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this agreement, and each hereby waives any that it is not subject personally to the jurisdiction of said courts or that any such suit or other proceeding is brought in an inconvenient format or improper venue.
